The Church is divided into three regions. Under the leadership and supervision of the Regional Pastor and Area Leaders, all the three regions have 124 Ward leaders. They are trained to lead prayers, preach the gospel and build the believers in the word of God. Every ward Leader is responsible for about 15-20 families and they gather every Wednesday for fellowship at 7:00 pm.

Our church is blessed with around 300 children and 31 Sunday school teachers. We have our own Sunday school materials/syllabus which is very effective. Sunday school teachers are trained and equipped with materials to teach the children. Bro. Joseph Muller serves as the Principal of the Sunday school. Sis. Jessie, the Director of the Children’s Ministry, takes care of the Sunday School. Vacation Bible School (VBS) is conducted under different themes every year. Children learn the Scriptures by going through 5 different stations, namely Bible Station, Activity Station, Craft Station, Memory Verse Station and Games Station. The Children’s Bible School (CBS) is conducted during the same time of the year for children in and around Pondicherry. Through this approximately 3000 children have the opportunity to know the Word of God.

The pillars of Hallelujah Assembly of God Church – the Youth Wing. The church has about 400 youngsters who serve the Lord with zeal. The church has Youth Fellowships and Prayer service on every Tuesday at 7:00 pm. They are actively involved in prayers, evangelism and in the media activities of the church.

By God’s grace, in 2013, the church launched the Media Ministry through which all the Sunday Sermons are recorded made available in DVD and also on YouTube. Praise and Worship on every Saturdays and the Tamil, English Sunday services are webcasted live via Face book. (Hallelujah Assembly of God)

The Hallelujah Assembly of God Church is a mission oriented church supporting the missionaries through prayers and finance. The church has a project of buying lands in North India for churches that do not have land or place of worship of their own. The church supports the missions with Rs.1,10,000.00 every month for the sole purpose of buying lands in North India. The church operates a Missions’ Book Store, the profits of which goes towards the missions’ support.

The Hallelujah Assembly of God Church not only caters to the spiritual needs of the people but also extends a helping hand in time of natural disasters like cyclones, floods, fire accidents, etc. It also provides special help to the poor and needy students towards their education and provides financial support to the poor families towards marriage expenses and other needs.

The church encourages believers to set up Gospel Meetings in their houses, inviting their friends and relatives like Cornelius in the Bible. The Church has a team which goes and ministers to the people at these gatherings. Our Senior Pastor preaches the gospel to the gathering.

The Church encourages every believer to be a witness of Christ and evangelize every man and woman for the accomplishment of the vision given – 10, 000 souls. Gospel meeting is conducted every last Sunday of every month in the church. Every believer is encouraged to bring at least one soul to this gospel meeting. Gospel meeting is also conducted in the English service.

The Church has a HOPE CENTER where new comers are counseled and prayed for. Gospel is also shared to the new comers. A new hope is given to the ones who come to the center. The center is opened throughout every week from Mondays to Fridays (9:00am to 7:00pm)

The Church trains every new convert so that they would grow in their Spiritual life. Every Ward Leader, Sunday school teachers are trained and taught special lessons assigned. Theological training and education is given to the ones who have committed their lives for Missions. Every training and teaching has its own curriculum and syllabus. Bible Study Hour is being conducted every day (Monday to Friday -7:00pm to 8:00 pm) for the benefit and the enhancement of the Spiritual growth of believers.

Pondicherry, being an educational centre, is blessed with many educational institutions. As the church has a burden to reach the students in these campuses, Care Groups have been started in various colleges, which are conducted by the students of the college. The church also organizes and conducts special prayers for students at the beginning of every academic year and special prayers for students preparing for the exams (Exambiance).

A new avenue has been opened by our Lord. The Church has the privilege to preach the gospel every Sunday to the Prisoners of the Pondicherry Central Jail. Gospel is preached through songs, Dramas and counseling.

The Church encourages every member to memorize Bible verses and conducts a mega memory verse competition- Pokkisham. This competition is conducted every year on the 3rd June, our Church’s Anniversary Day.

Sugam Ministries was launched on the first day of November 2015. This project originated out of the vision given by God to our Senior Pastor. It is a five year plan ministry which carries the watchword “to win souls and build churches” in and around Pondicherry. The passion for souls was sowed in the hearts of the church believers on the day of launching out of the key verse Isaiah 61:4. Village Ministry, Sunday school, Prayer walkers, Prayer Partners, Gospel Team, Action warriors and Coordinators are part and parcel of the SUGAM Ministries.

Presently we have 56 village ministries. Every Sunday evening, a team consisting from the Gospel team and Action Warriors go to nearby villages for Personal Evangelism and giving out Gospel tracts. Medical camps are conducted every second Saturday of a month. Presently, we have seven fully fledged House churches in Thennal, Karasur, Yembalam, Sorapet, Nallathur, Thuthipet and Navamal Maruthur.

Sunday school is being conducted in more than 100 places in and around Pondicherry. Around 3000 Children are blessed every Sunday and are privileged to hear the gospel. Sunday school teachers are trained and equipped with materials every last Tuesday to teach the children. We have lots of testimonies on the transformation of the Sunday school Children.

Prayer Walkers, Prayer Partners, Gospel Team, Action Warriors and Coordinators play a vital role in accomplishing the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. They stand as a support to Village Ministry and Sunday School Ministry.
